If you have any questions about our products before you buy, please email us and we will usually reply within the hour.

We are unable to offer refunds if you have changed your mind, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your product is damaged or faulty (excluding packaging) please email us an explanation and photos within 24 hours of receiving your item.
Please note that all products are carefully inspected by us before we send them out.

Your photos and request will be assessed and if eligible, we will provide a replacement or refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
